Pearls Cafe provides a 100% secure payment system. All transactions are processed by WorldPay - one of the largest payment service providers globally, with millions of online payments every day. From our site, payments are submitted online using 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer), the strongest commercially available level of encryption. The private data of the Purchaser will be encrypted at all times whilst in transit over the Internet. You can tell a page is secure when 'https' appears in front of 'www.Pearls Cafe.co.uk' in your address window and for extra security, we do not store your credit card details.

Returns & Cancellations

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and the service we provide and we offer a full "no questions" refund if you are not satisfied 100%. In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive you have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery. We will refund all charges in including initial delivery costs. Please note that the customer must bear the cost of returning the goods to us.

To return an item:

    Please return the goods to the address below, and include a printout of your invoice or your order number.

On receipt of the goods, we will refund the value of the order in full. You will receive an email confirming your refund within two days of us receiving the return.
If the goods are faulty in any way we offer a free returns service, and are happy to offer either a replacement or refund. Please contact [email protected] for more information.

Force Majeure
Pearls Cafe will exercise every reasonable effort to meet the requested delivery date. Pearls Cafe shall not, however, be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, such as, but not limited to, compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions of the Purchaser, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots.

Privacy Policy
Pearls Cafe collects information provided by the Purchaser at the time of ordering and uses this information lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The information collected by us is to process your order and to provide the highest level of customer service possible. We require your name, email address, billing address, telephone number and debit/credit card details. We gather this information solely to process your order - the details gathered are used to open an account, process your order and process your payment.
Your address details are necessarily passed on to WorldPay for credit/debit card validation and your email is submitted to ParcelForce to enable you to receive parcel tracking numbers. We will never sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons.
The purchase area of our site is secured using industry standard Secure Socket Layer technology to allow encryption of sensitive information. For added security we do not store credit card information and all card transactions are processed by WorldPay. In order to maintain the accuracy of your personal details, you can view, modify or delete your stored information by logging into your account or by contacting us. If requested your data deleted, and in the case where it cannot be deleted (e.g. for accounting purposes) then it can be blocked from further access.
